Features
GMP Standard Tank Structure
Material contact parts are constructed with 304 or 316L stainless steel. The inner wall is finely polished with rounded corner transition design, which reduces powder accumulation corners. The smooth tank structure allows repeated cleaning and disinfection, adapting to daily sanitary production operations.
Optional Multi-Type Mixing Structure
The machine can be equipped with paddle, ribbon or rotary mixing components according to material status and production processes. Separated Drive Structure

Working Principle
The motor drives the internal mixing component to operate at adjustable constant speed. Inside the sealed tank, materials generate continuous tumbling, convection and diffusion movements through mechanical drive.
The cyclic material movement promotes uniform blending of different raw materials and improves powder segregation and local agglomeration. For formulas containing trace active ingredients, cyclic mixing improves batch mixing consistency. The whole mixing process adopts low-shear operation with low heat generation, which adapts to the mixing needs of heat-sensitive pharmaceutical materials.
