Working Principle
The core technology of the Electric heating vacuum drying oven lies in utilizing the vacuum environment to lower the boiling point of liquids, achieving rapid drying at low temperatures. Under standard atmospheric pressure, water boils at 100℃, but in a vacuum environment, as the internal pressure decreases, the boiling point of water decreases accordingly, allowing moisture evaporation to occur at low temperatures of 30-60℃. The vacuum drying oven operates by combining vacuuming and heating. This characteristic is particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive, easily decomposed, and easily oxidized substances.
