The control system supports variable frequency speed adjustment and timed start/stop. The compact drive structure contains few wearing parts, helping reduce maintenance requirements.
Working Principle
The motor drives the horizontal mixing drum through a dedicated transmission system. During operation, the drum rotates continuously while swinging from side to side.
The combined movement causes the material to repeatedly lift, fall, slide, and change direction. Particles from different areas of the drum are continuously exchanged, gradually forming a uniform mixture without aggressive mechanical stirring.
