Main Parts
Mixing Vessel
The vessel is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, with a polished inner surface and rounded corners to reduce material sticking and simplify cleaning.
Mixing Impeller
The impeller lifts and turns material during mixing. It creates local shear to break wet clumps and improve mixing uniformity.
Drive Unit
The wet feed mixer is driven by a motor and gearbox. A variable-frequency drive can be used to adjust speed based on material properties. The drive unit is built for continuous operation with viscous or heavy materials.
Shaft Seal and Discharge
The shaft seal helps prevent material from entering the drive area during operation. The vessel tilts for discharge - manual or motorized. A large tilt angle helps reduce residue after discharge.

Working Principle
The motor drives the impeller at a set speed. During rotation, the impeller lifts, turns, and shears material inside the vessel. Wet agglomerates break down and liquid components distribute through the solid material.
The material circulates inside the closed vessel until the batch reaches the required uniformity. The mixer does not rely on material flowability, making it suitable for damp, sticky, and poor-flowing materials that are difficult to process in conventional tumble mixers.
