Features
Temperature can be regulated through steam heating for low-temperature vacuum drying. The unit processes heat-sensitive materials with consistent heat inside the chamber. Working Principle
During operation, operators load materials onto trays in the chamber. After door sealing, the vacuum system reduces internal pressure. Steam enters the heating jacket or plates and transfers heat to the material.
Moisture and solvents evaporate easily under reduced pressure. The vacuum system keeps extracting vapour from the chamber. Depending on the material and target residual moisture, operators adjust temperature, vacuum level and cycle duration.
