Working Principle
Power from motor and gear reducer drives the mixing drum at preset rotational speed. As the drum rotates, bulk substances climb along inner wall surfaces before tumbling down under gravity.
Cycles of lifting, dropping, sliding and material re-distribution achieve homogeneous particle blending inside the drum. Only single-axis rotation takes place throughout mixing. The mild, stable blending performance works best for feedstock with close physical characteristics.
