High efficiency and energy saving, high thermal efficiency: The thermal efficiency of the low-temperature vacuum drying oven is more than twice that of ordinary ovens. Simultaneously, by utilizing vacuum to lower the boiling point of materials, rapid drying can be achieved at lower temperatures.
Precise temperature control: Equipped with an automatic constant temperature control system, the temperature adjustment range is wide, meeting the drying needs of various substances, with a temperature control accuracy within ±2℃.
High material purity, no contamination: Indirect heating eliminates the risk of material contamination.
Easy maintenance: The electric heating system has a simple structure; replacement of damaged heating elements is convenient, and there is no risk of leakage or spillage contaminating materials.
Working Principle
The vacuum negative pressure environment lowers the boiling point of liquids, combined with inert gas protection technology to achieve low-temperature, high-efficiency drying, effectively preventing material oxidation or component damage.
Water boils at 100℃ under normal pressure. The higher the vacuum level, the lower the boiling point, enabling low-temperature drying suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
Air is extracted from the chamber, resulting in extremely low oxygen content, preventing the deterioration of easily oxidizable materials.
The heating system is auxiliary: it only provides the latent heat required for moisture vaporization, without relying on high-temperature convection drying.
