Working Principle
The corrosion-resistant vacuum drying oven relies on two core technologies: a vacuum environment to lower the boiling point of water/solvents and a corrosion-resistant protection system for the oven body. Inside the sealed oven, a vacuum pump removes air, creating a negative pressure vacuum environment. Moisture and organic solvents inside the material vaporize at low temperatures (100°C) without needing to reach atmospheric pressure. The vaporized steam is then discharged by the vacuum pump, achieving low-temperature drying. The interior of the oven uses an anti-corrosion coating that resists acid, alkali, salt spray, and corrosive solvent vapors, preventing corrosion common in ordinary drying ovens.

- Sealing System:Ensure that seals such as door seals use corrosion-resistant materials such as PTFE or FFKM in high-temperature and corrosive gas environments; otherwise, vacuum levels and equipment lifespan cannot be guaranteed.
