Optimized Crushing Mode
Different from toothed disc pulverizers that mainly depend on grinding and friction, this plant pulverizer adopts a mixed processing mode dominated by shearing and assisted by impact force. Matching movable and fixed blade sets are installed inside the crushing chamber. When materials enter the equipment, high-speed rotating blades cooperate with fixed tooth rings to produce continuous shearing and impact force, which cleanly cuts off messy plant fibers and avoids uncrushed residual strips.

These versions support both dry and wet grinding processes, and can be fitted with circulating water cooling jackets. Real-time heat dissipation effectively controls cavity temperature rise, preventing material softening, sticking and deterioration caused by accumulated heat.
Flexible Fineness Adjustment

Operators can replace screen meshes of different apertures or fine-tune the gap between the grading wheel and grading disc.
