Working Principle
The Dust-Free Powder Feeding Station follows a complete and stable cyclic working logic of feeding, dust collection and automatic backflushing, consistent with standard dust-free feeding systems. When the hopper door is opened for material pouring, the dust removal fan starts synchronously and builds stable negative pressure inside the hopper cavity. Floating fine powder generated in the feeding process is captured by airflow and fully intercepted by high-precision filter components, completely avoiding outward dust diffusion and workshop pollution.
Once feeding operation is finished and the hopper door is closed, the system triggers automatic compressed air pulse backflushing. High-pressure air reversely impacts the filter surface to shake off adhered accumulated powder, which falls back into the hopper for reuse. This design effectively prevents filter blockage caused by long-term fine powder adhesion and sustains continuous and stable equipment operation.
Features & Configuration
Aiming at the easy-leakage and poor-flow characteristics of fine powder materials, the Dust-Free Powder Feeding Station is upgraded with targeted configurations in filtration, discharging and material adaptation. It adopts high-precision PTFE membrane filter elements and an enhanced backflushing system, which can effectively intercept ultra-fine powder, ensure clean exhaust air and completely avoid micro-powder leakage. All material-contact parts are made of 304 or 316L mirror-polished stainless steel. The smooth inner wall leaves no powder residue after feeding and cleaning, effectively preventing batch cross-contamination and meeting strict hygienic standards for pharmaceutical and food production.
To solve material bridging and unsmooth blanking of low-fluidity powder, a hopper vibrator is installed at the cone section to assist uniform material falling. A bottom vibrating screen is equipped to filter out damp agglomerations and mixed impurities, effectively protecting downstream processing equipment from blockage and damage. The equipment supports flexible functional expansion. It can be customized into anti-corrosion or explosion-proof versions according to material attributes, and seamlessly connected with mixers or vacuum feeders to build fully enclosed automatic dust-free production lines.

Gravity direct connection fixes the feeding station discharge port directly to the mixer feed inlet through pipelines.
