Working Principle

 

Ordinary toothed disc grinders mainly rely on high-speed impact and abrasive grinding. Such working mode can hardly cut off stretched fibrous structures, resulting in unqualified fineness, residual strips and poor crushing uniformity. The blade pulverizer is professionally optimized to solve this long-standing processing problem for fibrous materials.

The crushing chamber is equipped with a precise combination of movable and fixed blades. When the equipment runs, high-speed rotating movable blades form continuous and powerful shearing action with static fixed blades inside the cavity. This working mode is similar to mechanical cutting, which directly shears and segments stretched plant fibers, thoroughly solving the problem of uncrushed fibrous bundles.

Finished particle size is controlled by replacing screen meshes with different apertures. The adjustable fineness range is stably maintained from 12 mesh to 120 mesh, meeting diversified fine crushing requirements for herbal raw materials. Compared with disc grinding equipment, it delivers far more uniform crushing effect for root, stem and leaf fibrous materials.
