Working Principle
Simply put, microwaves provide a highly efficient heat source, while a vacuum provides a low-temperature evaporation environment. The combination of these two achieves a balance between high efficiency and gentle heat transfer.
Microwave Effect: Microwaves can penetrate materials and act directly on the polar molecules within them. This "volume heating" method overcomes the bottleneck of traditional drying methods, which suffer from slow heat conduction due to the lack of air as a medium in a vacuum environment.
Vacuum Pressure Reduction Drying: Within a sealed chamber, the vacuum system reduces the pressure to a negative pressure state. According to the laws of physics, the boiling point of water decreases as pressure decreases. This allows the moisture in the material to rapidly vaporize and evaporate without undergoing high-temperature boiling, achieving low-temperature drying.
