Vertical mixers, while crushing materials at high speed, generate high-pressure airflow. Some dust is carried away by this airflow, while the remaining dust carries a large amount of coal dust, polluting the environment. Vertical mixers are no exception, inevitably causing environmental pollution. To address this problem, producers have devised solutions.
For vertical mixers, we can eliminate unnecessary dust collection points in the dust collector and seal the remaining point with the chute at the tail end, thus increasing the dust collector's suction capacity. Additionally, adding a small amount of water before the raw material enters the equipment can prevent dust emissions.
Of course, regular inspection and maintenance are essential for vertical mixers. These procedures control the amount of dust emitted during operation.
