The working principle of a high-efficiency coating machine is that the coating material moves continuously along a complex trajectory within a clean, sealed rotating drum under the action of streamlined guide plates. During this movement, the coating medium is automatically sprayed according to the process flow and reasonable process parameters. Simultaneously, hot air is supplied under negative pressure. The hot air passes through the coating material and exits from the bottom of the coating material layer, allowing the coating medium sprayed on the surface of the coating material to dry rapidly and evenly, forming a strong and smooth surface film. This is a "spray-dry" cycle process. The coating liquid is sprayed onto the tumbling surface of the coating material through an atomization system, while hot air is introduced to penetrate the coating material layer and carry away the solvent, allowing the coating liquid to dry rapidly and form a film.
The working principle of a fluidized bed coating machine is that compressed air or inert gas is introduced into the cavity through an airflow distribution plate at the bottom, causing the material to be suspended and "fluidized" under the action of airflow. The atomization system evenly sprays the coating liquid in the form of tiny droplets onto the surface of the fluidized material. The continuous introduction of hot air accelerates the evaporation and drying of the coating liquid, allowing the coating layer to solidify rapidly.
Continuous film coating technology has achieved a breakthrough through multi-unit collaborative operation. During continuous conveying, tablets pass through a spraying zone and multiple drying zones in sequence, completing a continuous cycle of "spraying-drying". The equipment adopts a closed-loop control of the entire process of "feeding-spraying-drying-discharging", and the tablets complete the coating process during continuous conveying.
