The rated current of the electric motor is directly related to its output power. When the current exceeds the rated current, it is usually related to the frictional resistance of the stirring blades. If the actual current exceeds the motor's rated current, the vertical mixer will stop, and may even burn out the motor. If the coefficient of thermal expansion inside the vertical mixer is low, or the liquid volume is large, the motor's output power must be increased. This is because the temperature of the material inside the drum continuously rises, and materials with low coefficients of thermal expansion will stick to the pot or burn.
Vertical mixers are widely used in the mixing of powders and powders (solid-liquid) in industries such as chemicals, dyes, food, feed, and building materials. This machine has a wide adaptability to mixed materials, will not overheat heat-sensitive materials, will not crush or grind granular materials, and will not cause segregation when mixing materials with significant differences in specific gravity and particle size. The conical cylinder is suitable for applications requiring no residue in the mixed materials.
