Working Principle
The electric constant temperature forced air dryer adopts the principle of forced convection heat transfer. Electrical energy is converted into heat energy through electric heating elements, and a centrifugal fan drives a uniform hot airflow. The hot air circulates within the oven, penetrating the material layer for efficient heat transfer. A high-temperature resistant filter ensures cleanliness. The temperature control system uses a PID algorithm with an accuracy of ±1℃. Some industrial models integrate a PLC module, supporting multi-segment programmed temperature rise.

Selection Recommendations
- Is high temperature required? If the drying temperature exceeds 120℃, an electric heating type must be selected, as steam heating only reaches a maximum of around 150℃.
- Is it for pharmaceutical use? When used in pharmaceutical production, a model with a 304/316L stainless steel inner liner, rounded corners, and the option to equip it with a high-efficiency filter should be selected, meeting GMP validation requirements.
- What is the batch throughput? Select the appropriate number of drying carts based on the weight of the material to be dried in each batch.
- Is explosion-proof required? If the material contains flammable and explosive solvents (such as ethanol or acetone), ordinary electric heating ovens cannot be used; explosion-proof electric heating ovens must be selected, and an explosion-proof certificate must be obtained.
- Temperature control requirements? For general processes, manual temperature control with a digital display instrument is acceptable; if multi-segment temperature programming, data recording, and remote monitoring functions are required, a touchscreen + PLC control system should be selected.
