Working Principle
During operation, the heating system operates, and hot air is delivered into the drying oven and circulated through a specially designed air duct. After the hot air comes into full contact with the material, it removes moisture, solvents, or other volatile components. The hot air then passes through the return air duct, is reheated, and recycled. For processes requiring the removal of corrosive volatile substances, a fresh air, exhaust air, and waste gas emission system can be configured to promptly expel some of the hot and humid air, ensuring a stable environment inside the oven.
