Working Principle
After the material is loaded, the chamber is sealed and vacuum is applied to reduce the evaporation temperature of water and solvents. Heat transfer oil, steam, or hot water circulates through the jacket to provide uniform heating.
During operation, the double-cone chamber rotates slowly, continuously lifting and mixing the material. This movement improves heat transfer efficiency and prevents uneven drying or material clumping. The generated vapor is removed through the vacuum system, condensed, and recovered for further use.
The process continues automatically until the required moisture level is reached.
