The vacuum feeder consists of a vacuum pump (oil-free and water-free), a membrane filter bag, a compressed air backflushing device, a pneumatic discharge gate, a vacuum hopper, a stainless steel adjustable suction gun, and a conveying hose.

The vacuum feeder has the following features:

1. The entire machine is powered by a vortex air pump, which is oil-free, water-free, and maintenance-free.

2. The entire conveying process is completed in a completely sealed environment, eliminating dust pollution.

3. The machine has a modular design; the hoppers are connected with quick-opening clamps, making disassembly and cleaning convenient and quick.

4. Low energy consumption, low noise, and easy control.

5. A unique S-shaped flange is used between the hoppers to more effectively prevent dust overflow.

In addition, the vacuum feeder also has advantages such as being environmentally friendly, flexible, and having low wear and tear, reducing labor intensity and eliminating dust pollution. However, it should be noted that it is not suitable for wet materials and requires regular maintenance of the filter element. The equipment features a modular and hygienic design, making it easy to disassemble and clean. The system is fully pneumatically operated, compact, lightweight, quiet, and easy to install and operate.
